Jeremy Severn

Jeremy is a  fitness professional with a lifetime passion for health and wellness. With over a decade in the industry, he has been instructing fitness ranging from conditioning for professional mixed martial artists, youth jiu-jitsu, individual personal training and group fitness. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and CPR/AED certified. Coached over 2500 group fitness classes including hiit, cardio kickboxing, boot camp style classes. He offers personal training, small group classes, as well as boxing/kickboxing training sessions.

Sam Groves

Sam graduated from Kent State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science: Movement Studies and a minor in Athletic Coaching. He was a D1 athlete for Kent State University Track & Field throwing shotput, discus and javelin. Assistant to the throwing team helping coach a national champion and two Olympic throwers along with two Masters Olympic throwers. In high school Sam was a multi-sport athlete participating in Soccer, Swim, Track and Volleyball. Sam is also a certified CPR/First Aid instructor.

camden straub

Camden Straub is from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Kent State University. While at Kent State, Camden interned with the Sports Performance department, where he worked with seven athletic teams, including men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s golf, gymnastics, wrestling, and volleyball. He is certified in adult First Aid and AED, as well as child CPR and First Aid, and is currently pursuing his NSCA-CSCS certification. Camden is passionate about training athletes of all ages and ability levels, with the goal of helping them excel not only in the weight room, but in their sport as well.
